Planning Success – BMW Mini Showroom
Sanderson’s have assisted with planning documents for a high quality BMW & MINI dealership located at a new state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility in Handforth, Cheshire.
A difficult planning process ended successfully with planning permission granted in June 2019.
Sanderson’s input comprised the development Transport Assessment, Travel Plan and Flood Risk Assessment / Drainage Impact Assessment. The development team included MDG Architects and DPP Planning.
