Thursday 24th March 2011 we commissioned the traffic signals at the junction of A5117/Stanney Woods Avenue, Ellesmere Port. This is a great step forward on the Marks and Spencers scheme at Cheshire Oaks as it marks the completion of the first stage of the offsite highway works.
