On March 9th our traffic signal Engineer visited Penrith to undertake final validation observations for the MOVA control system at Victoria Road / Roper Street / Kilgour Street and Victoria Road / Southend Road in the Town Centre. The traffic signals for the junctions were designed by Sanderson Associates to support a large on-going development within Penrith. Each junction is running MOVA from a Peek PTC-1 controller with Victoria Road / Southend Road running dual stream MOVA. We are pleased to report that both junctions were running exactly as expected with minimal queues even during the highway peak periods.

We recently visited Colne FC to assist them with their ambitious redevelopment proposals as they seek to progress up the football pyramid. It was a glorious evening for a spot of non-league football with Colne FC running out 1-0 winners over Hyde United.
