Sanderson Associates has recently assisted Barratt David Wilson Homes in securing outline planning permission for a residential development of 96 units on land at Grange Road, Golcar, Huddersfield. Sanderson’s participated in a Public Consultation event and subsequently provided a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan in support of the proposals. Planning permission has recently been granted by Kirklees Metropolitan Council following the completion of a S106 agreement. A Reserved Matters application has now been submitted to seek consent for the internal layout of the site.
