Turtle Bay Jerk Chicken Evening
The first ‘after work event’ of 2016 was held on the evening of Wednesday the 24th February and involved a ‘Jamaican Chicken’ Theme at the Turtle Bay Caribbean Restaurant and Bar in Huddersfield.
As the Sanderson staff enjoyed a wonderful Jerk infused meal, whilst listening to the sound of reggae music with a group favourite of ‘There’s a rat in the kitchen’.
The night started with Mark ‘the shark’ Devenish stealing the spotlight yet again, making a late appearance due to a punctured tyre. The meal did however manage to cheer Mark up and described the meal as ‘Gourmet’.
A special mention must be made to ‘Aunt May’s hot Bajan Pepper Sauce’ the hot and fruity sauce complements the Jerk flavour delivering a delicious meal.
