Planning Application Unanimously Approved
Sanderson Associates assisted our Client by providing highways advice on extension plans for a Retail Park in Liverpool. This involved the reconfiguration of servicing arrangements at the retail park comprising the connection between two service roads over challenging topography and a new signalised egress to facilitate a more efficient one-way service route, creating additional retail space at the site.
A planning application was subsequently submitted for these arrangements and Sanderson Associates provided a Transport Assessment, Travel Plan and Flood Risk Assessment in support of the application. Following the approval of these documents and agreement of the required S278 works on the surrounding highway network with the local authority, the application was unanimously approved at planning committee on 23 June 2015.
